Key Responsibilities
· Provide timely HR advice to managers and employees.
· Provide coaching and guidance to managers on best practice HR and Employee Relations related matters.
· Interpret the award and provide advice to rostering, managers and employees on award related matters.
· Undertake investigations and performance management activities in collaboration with managers and provide recommendations on outcomes.
· Coordinate HR processes including onboarding, probation, offboarding, and policy interpretation
· Respond to HR queries from employees
· Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
· Maintain HR systems and undertake reporting activities.
· Contribute to HR projects, policy reviews, performance reviews and other HR related projects.
· Deliver inductions and training for HR related topics.
· Assist with recruitment where required.

Essential criteria
· Relevant qualifications in Human Resources.
· Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
· Demonstrated knowledge of current Employment Legislation and Awards.
· Strong professional approach and ability to work under pressure.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
· High attention to detail in documentation and communication.
· Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite including advanced use of word, excel, PowerPoint outlook and teams to support reporting, data analysis, formatting documents and professional communication
· Possess a current WA driver's license.
· Ability to obtain a NDIS Clearance.
· A current National Police Clearance issued within the past 6 months, or the ability to obtain one.
· Eligibility to work in Australia.
