About the Role
The SAP Practice Lead is responsible for driving innovative, cutting‐edge SAP client solutions within the quality engineering domain. This role focuses on leveraging emerging technologies, SAP domain knowledge, automation, and SAP technical best practices to enhance and accelerate testing processes and deliver superior quality assurance services to clients. The role will also play a pivotal role in enabling internal sales and account teams to effectively market and sell SAP‐related services.
We have offices across Australia and are supportive of the role being based in any major city including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.
Key Responsibilities
* Presales: Provide the technical input into the SAP sales approach including assisting with creating SAP sales collateral, working with sales teams to win QE work for SAP projects and defining the SAP value proposition
* Develop a process and framework for growing the SAP skills and number of people within Planit
* Ensure delivery on all SAP projects meets clients expectations
* Ensure Planit frameworks align with key tool vendors and SAP reference framework
* Build relationships with SAP Account Executives, Tools vendors and other key technology partners in the SAP space
* Work with Planit and NRI internal innovations teams to develop innovative solutions for SAP QE challenges
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record of implementation/Testing of SAP technologies including ECC, S4 HANA
* Proven experience managing/growing large SAP delivery teams
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
* Experience in sales enablement and client engagement
