As a BIG Merchandiser, you will work within an allocated territory maintaining relationships with key retailers and supermarkets on an ongoing casual basis to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
About The Role
* Approximately 15-30 hours per week in Indooroopilly and surrounds.
* Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store.
Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday, with Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday being essential days.
Requirements
* Must have a car and driver's licence.
* Retail, supermarket or similar experience is highly desirable.
* A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle.
* Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving strong relationships with store personnel.
* Building and maintaining quality displays in store.
* Negotiating promotional space.
* Executing planograms.
* Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
* Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally.
* Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
