About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join Bert Newton Retirement Village in Highett as a Personal Care Worker. We have a number of part time shifts available. Please note these cannot be split. Please indicate in your application what you're interested in:
* Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 1445 - 2200 Low / High Care
* Sunday & Monday 0700 - 1500 Low / High Care
* Tuesday & Wednesday 1500 - 2100 in Dementia Care

In this role you will
* Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
* Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
* Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
* Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
* Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support
* Kindness in your DNA
* Strong empathy
* Outstanding communication skills
* A reliable, friendly and professional style
