Rubiks IT is a growing MSP based in Miami QLD, supporting small to medium businesses.
We are seeking a reliable, technically capable IT Support Technician with previous MSP experience who can confidently support clients across Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint environments.
This is not an entry-level role.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Managing helpdesk tickets to SLA
* Supporting Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune)
* Endpoint management (Windows, iOS, Android)
* Network troubleshooting (switches, WAPs, firewalls)
* Onsite client support when required
* Documentation and proactive monitoring
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years experience in an MSP environment
* Strong Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
* Experience with Intune / MDM
* Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
* Excellent communication skills
* Full unrestricted rights to work in Australia
* Valid Australian driver’s licence
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
