* What You’ll Be Doing
Get ready for a bit of everything:
* Delivering exceptional customer service—on the floor, at the register, in the fitting rooms, wherever the action is
* Helping bring promotions and marketing ideas to life
* Sorting, pricing, and processing donations (you never know what treasure will turn up)
* Keeping the store looking sharp with top‑notch visual merchandising
* Supporting opening and closing routines
* Handling cash securely and confidently
* Offering guidance and support to team members when needed
* Keeping the back‑of‑store organised and running smoothly
* If you like variety, this role has it in spades.
What You Bring
* Solid retail customer service experience
* Confidence working as part of a team
* Experience supervising or guiding others (a big plus)
* Great communication and presentation skills
* A friendly, adaptable attitude
* Enough fitness to keep up with the physical side of retail—lifting, moving stock, staying on your feet
