The Role
As Staff Specialist Urologist, you will provide both clinical and non‐clinical leadership within the Department of Urology and associated outpatient services.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering high‐quality urological care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
* Providing supervision, mentoring, and support to junior medical and clinical staff.
* Working collaboratively with the Emergency Department, other specialties, and primary care.
* Contributing to service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance.
* Engaging with clinicians across the Local Health District to ensure integrated patient care.
This role offers scope to shape services, influence training, and build a strong subspecialty footprint.
Requirements
* FRACS (Urology)
* RACS Advanced Trainee within 6 months of Fellowship
* RACS‐assessed Substantially Comparable or eligible for assessment (interview dates booked)
* NZ‐trained Urologists seeking work in Australia
* UK CCT Urologists
