What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a high-quality venue
* Relevant hospitality qualifications
* Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
* Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
* Experience working to systems, procedures, and service targets
* Understanding and adherence to RSA legislation
* Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage priorities effectively
* Full Australian working rights
* Availability for evening and weekend shifts
* Immediate start preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a high-performing section team
* Roster staff according to budget guidelines
* Train and mentor junior team members
* Assist in organising functions and special events
* Conduct stocktakes and place appropriate orders for wine and restaurant supplies
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
* Manage hosting and reservations as required
