**The Opportunity**: 
This reputable property group has a diversified portfolio right across Australia. They currently require a proactive Administration Manager to join their team at one of their shopping centres. You will be assisting the Centre Manager onsite running the day-to-day in a thriving Shopping Centre.
Your duties will include:
- Monthly Financial Reporting and Analysis 
- General Office Management 
- Monitor / Control Budgets 
- Retailer Relationship Management 
- Responsible for Rental Income, Arrears & Retailer Payment Plans 
- Assistant to Property Centre Manager, 2IC. 
- Accounts Payable / Receivable 
- End to End Shop Lease Administration including management of Bank Guarantees 
- Managing key stakeholders of the Community 
- Assistance for all Marketing Activities 
- All Administrative / Office Systems & Development of Policies & Procedures 
- Excellent communication skills 
- Previous experience in a similar finance/administration role 
- Experience in Retail / Shopping Centres is highly desired 
- An enthusiastic and resourceful professional that possesses a "can do" attitude
