Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries
* Apply sound problem-solving skills while adhering to established standards and procedures
* Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
* Operate and monitor Quality Facility Management and Building Maintenance systems
* Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including internal and external services
Requirements:

* Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
