The Role:
We are seeking an inspiring leader, a Regional Manager to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory.
This role includes managing a portfolio of services in the Northern Territory, guiding a team of Coordinators to deliver high quality Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) experiences.
As Regional Manager, you will provide support for people matters, nurture relationships with schools and resolve parent-school enquiries.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Leadership experience in childcare or OSHC settings;
* Skill in mentoring a team to its fullest potential, offering support, guidance and direction;
* A completed childcare-related Diploma equivalent or above;
* A valid Working with Children Check;
* Valid First Aid level 2, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates; and
* A valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
