The team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, an Educator and Allied Health Assistants, with Psychologists onsite. The clinic delivers face-to-face services and is known for practical teamwork, shared problem-solving and a supportive environment for early-career clinicians.
About the position:
Our client is looking for a New Graduate Speech Pathologist to join their team and build confidence in a busy paediatric setting. You’ll work with children who are neurodivergent and/or have developmental differences, delivering evidence-informed therapy and developing your skills across assessments and report writing.
This role is ideal if you want variety early in your career. You’ll have the opportunity to balance therapy and assessment work, with flexibility to adjust your caseload mix as your interests develop. You’ll also learn within a collaborative MDT, gaining exposure to shared care planning with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and the wider allied health team.

Key responsibilities:
* Complete assessments and deliver intervention for speech, language and communication needs
* Develop and implement evidence-based, individualised therapy plans
* Maintain timely clinical notes, documentation and high-quality reports
* Collaborate with families, educators and MDT colleagues to support client outcomes
* Provide services in-clinic and, when required, in schools/kindergartens
* Contribute to group programs and internal consults where appropriate
Key requirements:
* Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology
* Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility)
