WA Country Builders is seeking an Architectural Draftsperson to join their Osborne Park-based office.
We build as far north as Kalbarri and as far south as Esperance and everywhere in between.

The ideal candidate must have aminimum of three yearsexperience in residential design for single-storey and double-storey in Western Australia and possess the necessary skills to produce high-quality and accurate work daily.

Duties
Produce preliminary drawings, planning drawings, working drawings for contract documents and final plan drawings accurately and without assumption.
Ensure drawings are compliant to the NCC, R-Codes, shire policies and developer covenants for the purpose of shire submission.
Carry out minor amendments to working drawings in accordance with variation orders raised or raise Drafting clarification as a result of design feasibility and shire requirements.
Work with the administration team on clients' projects in accordance with the company's vision and values, customer service and pre-construction lead-time expectations.

Skills & Experience
Must have a minimum of 3+ years of residential drafting experience within the Perth domestic construction market.
Certificate IV or Diploma in Residential Building Drafting.
High proficiency in ArchiCAD.
Be honest, trustworthy, and show a positive attitude towards work.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Ability to solve problems, overcome barriers and find solutions.
Current authority to work in Australia.
