About the Role: You'll lead a dedicated team responsible for all export documentation, including permits, certifications, food safety checks, invoicing, and compliance processes.
With *****% of product exported internationally, your leadership will directly impact timely deliveries, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of the documentation team.
Manage day-to-day operations, resolving queries and supporting staff during leave periods.
Oversee export compliance, ensuring accurate and timely documentation for global shipments.
Collaborate with five export offices and the broader logistics team to streamline processes.
Contribute to system upgrades and process improvements, including transitioning to Salesforce CRM integration.
