is leading a confidential search for a
Head of Australian Sales
on behalf of our client, a high-growth, design-led company specializing in stylish, architecturally designed solutions for the modern workplace. As a global leader in their category, they are scaling rapidly across North America, Europe, and the APAC region.
This is a key leadership role responsible for owning the entire revenue number for Australia. We are looking for a dynamic sales leader who can build a predictable pipeline, drive both direct and channel sales, and ensure disciplined execution to hit ambitious growth targets.
What You'll Do
* Deliver regional sales targets by owning the revenue number for Australia across both direct and channel sales.
* Lead, coach, and hold accountable direct and channel sales teams to consistently drive activity, pipeline, and performance metrics.
* Maintain accurate forecasts, lead gap-to-target planning, and ensure visibility on performance across teams, partners, and sub-channels.
* Act as the bridge between sales and local operations, working cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, finance, and logistics for seamless execution.
* Build and strengthen relationships with key channel partners, dealers, and strategic accounts to drive joint growth and expand market share.
* Set the tone for the Australian region by fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture aligned with global company values.
* Run a disciplined regional sales cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) in line with global expectations, while adapting to local market dynamics.
* Provide insights and feedback from the Australian market to influence global product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
* Talent retention and acquisition.
What We're Looking For
* 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years leading regional or national teams in a high-growth environment.
* Proven track record of consistently delivering revenue targets across both direct and channel sales.
* Experience managing and developing channel partners, strategic accounts, and sales teams.
* Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills, with the ability to run disciplined sales cadences.
* Commercial acumen and the ability to translate market insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across executives, partners, and cross-functional teams.
* A hands-on, adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic scale-up environments.
* Comfortable balancing strategy with execution, from shaping market approach to coaching reps in the field.
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to set culture and drive accountability in line with global company values.
