Your key responsibilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately interpreting spare parts using electronic catalogues and manuals, preparing detailed quotations and converting them into confirmed sales orders. You'll manage day-to-day transactions, support broader sales activities, and stay across market trends to identify new business opportunities. Working closely with the wider team, you'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promote teamwork, and help streamline processes to ensure resources are used effectively.
About you.
You will bring 3-5 years' experience as a Parts Interpreter, ideally within earthmoving, construction, or heavy agricultural machinery, along with hands-on exposure to off-highway heavy equipment. You are well-presented, professional, and a confident communicator, with strong computer skills and a high level of attention to detail. A current forklift licence and open driver's licence are essential, and you take pride in delivering accurate, reliable service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
