Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
* Support and motivate in-store teams on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store's targets by identifying and maximising on opportunities to achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), whilst setting the example in exemplary customer service.
* Having a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the stores, as well as ensuring back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution is essential.
* You will be trained thoroughly in our hand-crafted luxury product to become a Pandora product expert and drive sales effectively.
* With the support from the regional sales manager, you will nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential and support their succession and career growth.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store is required.
* Passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service and providing exceptional experiences to customers is necessary.
* Ability to understand the importance of business strategy, and can translate this into the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs is essential.
* Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and has the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified is required.
* Strong communication skills in order to establish and coach a high performing team are necessary.
* Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs is required.
* Positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values is expected.
* Well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail is required.
