Find out more about the TAC's shared purpose: TAC fosters a culture where meaningful work, community impact and continuous improvement come together, making the TAC an employer of choice for those who want to make a real difference.Role and responsibilitiesReporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive General Manager, Performance, Risk & Strategy is a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team.Lead a division that oversees Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research.As Chief Risk Officer, hold formal accountability to the Board's Risk Committee, ensuring robust and effective enterprise risk management.Drive the TAC's performance, enable agile and high-impact decision-making, and support the achievement of ambitious organisational goals.Qualifications and experienceProven executive leader with deep expertise in business performance, strategy, enterprise risk, data science, or related disciplines—ideally within insurance or a similarly complex, regulated environment.Strong understanding of the public sector context.Ability to generate strategic insights from complex data, lead high-performing teams, and deliver measurable value.People leadership, collaboration, strategic foresight, innovative thinking, and commitment to delivering outcomes with integrity, courage, accountability, and empathy.Post-graduate qualifications are desirable, with demonstrated experience in regulated environments.Employment detailsFull-time, 3-year executive contract.Geelong office location with flexible hybrid working.Application processTo apply, click 'apply now' and upload your CV and Cover Letter.
