This is a unique & rewarding opportunity to step into a Residential Experiences Team Manager role within a premium Build-to-Rent community in Zetland! Managing a 135-unit brand-new building, this role is all about delivering an exceptional resident journey & creating a vibrant, connected living environment.
You'll oversee lease sign-ups, manage the day-to-day front desk experience & work closely with the General Manager to deliver engaging community events such as paint & sip nights, cheese & wine evenings & other resident initiatives. Acting as the face of the building, you'll support residents with enquiries, wellbeing & general needs while maintaining high service standards aligned with BTR principles!
Who we're looking for:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Property Management or BTR roles
* Class 2 Licence preferred, Certificate of Registration required
* Strong customer service & communication skills
* Warm, professional & solutions-focused approach
* Confident managing resident experience end to end
