No more drowning in admin – you'll have smart tools and clear processes so you can focus on the real work: launching campaigns, testing ideas, and seeing results fast.
You'll manage events, email campaigns, and content – whatever it takes to get the marketing machine running smoothly. You'll work directly with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure everything connects.
What you'll bring
* B2B SaaS or startup experience where you've done a bit of everything – campaigns, content, product launches, events
* Previous experience in a zero to one marketing role is essential, and you will have at least 3 years experience
* Background that could come from anywhere – agency, brand marketing, growth teams – as long as you understand what good marketing looks like
* Track record of shipping campaigns and launches that actually moved metrics
* Comfort with marketing tools (HubSpot, analytics, automation) and curiosity to learn new ones
* Collaborative personality – you actually enjoy working with sales, product, and engineering
* Self-awareness about what you're good at and what you're still learning
Bonus points if you've worked with creative agencies or understand their world.
