**About this incredible position**:
- You will lead a team of up to 12 like minded others, guiding them in operational tasks and motivating them achieve their KPIs.
- You will be leading from the front and engaging with customers just as much as your team around you - you will ensure your all delivering 11/10 customer experience.
- You will be keeping on top of the 'admin tasks' of retail - including number crunching/reporting and inventory management
- You will also ensure our brand's flagship store is always shining bright through adhering to store and visual merchandising standards.
**And about you**:
- A bubbly, vivacious and outgoing person who is in love with customer and service and wanting to share their skills with the people around them.
- An experienced retail manager, with a geniune interest in beauty to be able to connect with the customers
- Someone who is creative and innovative - to join a fast growing culture
