With a strong footprint in the food sector in Australia, this business is increasing its product line offered to customers, and expanding operations. Already boasting solid profit, this organisation is projected to double in turnover over the next 5 years. An upcoming software upgrade has seen a need for the team to focus on data cleanup, creating a need for a seasoned accounts professional to step in and assist with day-to-day operations.
The Role
Utilising your skills both in payables and receivables, you will work on both sides of the ledger on a needs basis, floating across the existing team of 3 and providing support. The position is scheduled to run until the end of February, with the potential to extend further.
Duties will comprise of the following:
* Invoicing/seeking approvals
* Allocations
* Receipting
* Collections (B2B)
* Data collation and export
* Some assistance with reporting
* Other ad-hoc duties as required
About You
You will be a seasoned accounts professional with experience in both a payables and receivables space - experience with end-to-end in both disciplines is desirable but not essential. Finance experience in the manufacturing sector is also a plus, but the most important criteria we seek are below:
