* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily salon operations and logistics to maintain efficiency
* Manage platforms including Timely, Vish, Slack, Cloutly, Get Aglow to ensure streamlined communication
* Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships to prevent disruptions
* Track performance metrics, reports, and team KPIs to inform data-driven decisions
* Problem-solve and optimize systems to improve operational flow
Front of House & Coordination
* Deliver a warm, polished, and professional front-of-house experience that exceeds client expectations
* Optimize salon bookings to prevent scheduling gaps or double bookings
* Handle client enquiries, complaints, and feedback with care and confidence
* Coordinate staff communication and ensure timely delivery of services
* Supporting the Team:
* Drive accountability and motivation across the team by promoting a positive work environment
