Library Courier
Liverpool Council's Library and Museum Services operates six libraries, including the internationally recognised Yellamundie Library and Gallery. The service welcomes more than 600,000 in‐person visitors per year and nearly 900,000 loans. The Library courier provides a crucial service, ensuring timely delivery of library material between all locations, assisting with maintenance and safety routines, and supporting circulation services.
Responsibilities
* Deliver library material between locations and assist with maintenance and safety routines.
* Support circulation services and customer service processes, including program assistance.
* Perform building maintenance and safety duties as required.
* Provide support to the Coordinator of Customer & Network Services and undertake other duties as required from time to time.
About You / Qualifications
* Class C NSW Driver Licence.
* Demonstrated experience in a customer service workplace.
* Demonstrated ability to work within a team.
* Good written and verbal communication skills, including well‐developed literacy skills.
