Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Plant Trainer to develop and deliver technical training programs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in maintaining Komatsu heavy earthmoving equipment and the ability to create engaging learning environments.
Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver high-quality training materials and resources.
* Maintain training aids and visual materials to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or Automotive Electrical.
* Substantial experience with Komatsu heavy earthmoving equipment maintenance.
* Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal teams and external customers.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office software including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
