This role requires a highly organized individual to manage the front desk of our medical centre. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, handling patient payments, maintaining medical records and providing administrative support.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Below are some key skills and qualifications required for this position:

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. This includes being able to greet patients in a professional and courteous manner, handle phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and efficient way.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. This includes being able to maintain accurate records, manage patient appointments and provide administrative support as needed.
* Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think critically and solve problems independently is crucial for this role. This includes being able to identify and resolve issues promptly, communicate with patients and staff effectively and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer software and technology is necessary to perform administrative tasks efficiently. This includes being able to use electronic medical records systems, manage online scheduling and billing and perform other administrative duties as needed.
