The Opportunity
We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to play a critical role in our market expansion. Reporting to the Head of Marketing ANZ, you'll be the product marketing expert across multiple categories including HVAC and home appliances category.
Key Responsibilities
* Working closely with Product Divisions, sales and trade customer team, this is a hands‐on role in a lean, high‐impact team.
* Lead 2B customer marketing activation by developing tailored channel marketing plans and toolkit that boost visibility, engagement, and conversion across trade channels.
* Manage end‐to‐end creative localised adaptation for ANZ market relevance, adapting product stories to resonate with local consumer needs and trade requirements.
* Enhance the 2C consumer experience by deploying content strategy across the official website, social media and ATL media campaigns that support the customer journey from awareness through to purchase and post‐purchase experience.
* Strengthen 2B customer advocacy through exhibitions, education program (i.e. Dealer Factory Tour), localised content, and support rollout trade promotions and sales incentive program (i.e. Midea Club).
* Support product launches, updates, and local initiatives to optimise sales performance.
* Monitor market activity, product positioning, creative approaches, promotional strategies, and media presence to identify opportunities.
* Deploy product PR strategies that generate earned media coverage and build product credibility with trade and consumer media.
Qualifications
* Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or trade marketing, ideally within appliances, HVAC, consumer durables, or retail trade industries.
* Proven track record developing and executing trade channel marketing programs, toolkit creation, and customer activation strategies.
* Strong content creation and copywriting skills with experience adapting global product marketing materials for local market relevance.
* Solid project management capabilities with ability to coordinate product marketing campaigns, manage agencies and freelancers, and juggle multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* Self‐starter who thrives in lean teams and can work both independently and collaboratively.
* Familiarity with Australia and New Zealand market landscapes is highly desirable.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
