We recruit primarily from Townsville and Rockhampton, with flights available from Cairns, and we welcome applications from all regional Queensland communities.

Your Role
As a MacKellar operator, you will:
* Safely and efficiently operate large haul trucks.
* Conduct pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and inspections.
* Follow all site safety protocols and procedures.
* Work collaboratively to meet production targets.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 12 months' experience operating large haul trucks in a mining environment.
* RII competencies (or verified training transcript within the last 5 years).
* Current Standard 11 and valid driver's licence.
* Strong safety mindset and team-focused attitude.
* Flexibility and willingness to embrace continuous improvement.
