A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for results are essential qualities for success in this role. You will serve our clients while also focusing on achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Nurturing inbound leads through various channels such as referrals, repeat business, Facebook and website enquiries.
- Qualifying potential clients through telephone calls.
- Conducting consultation sessions to offer our products.
- Building lists of potential clients and hunting them down to drive new clients.
- Being the spearhead of the growth within our company.
Qualifications & Qualities
- While sales experience is beneficial, we value the right attitude above all:
- Confidence with humility and modesty.
- Epic verbal communication skills to quickly connect with clients and make them feel valued.
- Commitment to personal development through reading and learning about business, sales and marketing.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to assist others.
- Experience in blinds or the construction industry would be advantageous.
