3. Promote a culture of compliance and operational excellence, championing strong controls and processes to safeguard the business.
4. Collaborate closely with the team to design and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
Requirements
* Proven leadership experience, having successfully led teams of 3 or more in a retail or customer-facing environment.
* Exceptional people leadership skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
* A strong communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and an unwavering commitment to quality.
* Highly organized and proactive, with a focus on risk protection and compliance.
