What You'll Be Doing You'll be the link between our clients, our merchandising team, and our in-house systems – making sure every activation not only runs smoothly but adds real value.
Day to day, you will: Review and analyse field data through our platform (Storetrack), spotting trends and turning insights into smart recommendations.
Support our merchandising team across Australia, by creating briefs and supporting resources to help our field team delivery flawlessly in-store.
Partner with internal teams to ensure activations are delivered on time and on point.
Build strong client relationships, providing updates, reports, and problem-solving solutions.

What We're Looking For This role is for an administration guru, someone who thrives on detail, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow in FMCG account management.
To hit the ground running, you'll bring: Strong Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis).
Experience in FMCG, retail, or a client-facing role.
Excellent time management and organisational skills Clear & confident communication (written and verbal).
A curious mindset – you love digging into data, asking questions, and finding better ways.
