We are currently partnering with a growing civil contractor delivering FRP packages across major wind farm and substation projects. Due to continued project wins and a strong pipeline of renewable energy work, the business is looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a full‐time basis.

The business has recently expanded its project team and continues to secure work across wind farm and power infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the full lifecycle of FRP civil packages across wind farm and substation projects
* Leading project delivery including programme, budget, subcontractor coordination, and reporting
* Working closely with site teams including Supervisors and Engineers to ensure smooth project execution
* Managing client relationships and maintaining strong stakeholder communication
* Overseeing project planning, procurement, and cost control
* Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
Typical Scope of Works
* Foundations and concrete structures for substations
* Wind turbine foundations
* Cable trenching and underground services
* Structural and civil works within power infrastructure projects
* Associated earthworks and drainage What We're Looking For
o Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering FRP civil packages
o Background in wind farm, substation, or major power infrastructure projects
o Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management
o Strong commercial and programme management experience
o Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors across multiple work fronts
o Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
