The Phillip Riley Projects team is a resourcing partner for leading renewable energy projects across Australia. Our team ensures the right people are in the right place, at the right time, to help develop, deliver and manage complex projects and assets in the energy sector, including wind, solar and transmission projects.
We have a current opportunity for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to work across the business in a varied role and a high-paced environment with high expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day book keeping, invoicing, accounts payable functions.
- Manage general office operations and provide support to the team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, organize out-of-office activities and maintain document control.
Board Support:
- Assist in coordinating and organizing board meetings (including liaison with board members to arrange meeting times and locations).
- Administer Diligent for Board Agenda, papers, minutes etc.
- Take the lead in collating, word processing and formatting Board Papers.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work with landowners to ensure timely payments.
- Assist the team in stakeholder events such as community days or project milestone celebrations.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
