A Day in the Life at FAA: Your day starts with a team huddle to set the tone for the day and discuss priorities, you then action your priority tasks and emails and work with the team to ensure all critical jobs are completed for the day; such as logging into Business Portals to collect data and follow up clients for outstanding information, work out serviceability, submit finance applications, meet critical finance and settlement dates, liaise with conveyancers, clients and internal teams.
You will need excellent attention to detail, good math, English and computer skills and the ability to work quickly to succeed in this role.
You are not required to seek leads, clients come through our internal Consulting company.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Willingness to go above and beyond for clients to ensure the best outcome/success and meet all critical dates
- Ensure that all aspects of client interaction and support are accurate, compliant and thorough across the team
- Identify clients' max borrowing capacity/power and provide loan structures
- Communicate with clients to efficiently collate supporting documents for the loan application in a timely manner
- Submit applications online and follow up to ensure finance and settlement dates are achieved across multiple clients at the same time
- Handle emails, phone calls, documentation, file maintenance, data entry, and other general office duties compliantly and within each business day.
- At all stages maintain communication with the clients and the internal Consultant and their Associate, responding to emails and calls within a 24-hour period
Skills / Attributes Required
- Experience in / Drive to learn to write construction loans, SMSF and two-part contracts
- Motivated and driven to succeed for your clients and team
- Ability to work in a busy environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Meeting deadlines with excellent time management and organisational skills - self starter
- Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone, and ability to build rapport easily with clients
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Good Maths skills (your basic math skills will be tested at the interview)
- Good computer skills and knowledge with aptitude to learn new systems (your basic computer skills will be tested at the interview)
- Be prepared to undertake further study if necessary
- Open to be trained and learn current skills, both technical and intellectual
- Be polite, courteous and friendly to both external and internal clients
- Punctual and reliable in attendance
- Robust work ethic
- Must have the legal right to work in Australia
