Project Estimator Role
You will assume responsibility for project estimating duties across custom home projects.
* Evaluate and estimate the materials required for each job at various stages of construction
* Determine the quantities of materials and labor needed on each job
* Prepare detailed BOQs and take-offs
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain accurate documentation on all files
