Our Group is growing and we currently have a vacancy at the Brewery with opportunities at our other venues in the near future.
We currently have a vacancy for a Sous Chef with an immediate start for the successful applicant.
Working in a busy kitchen preparing Bistro, Restaurant and Cook to Order and Function food of the highest quality.
Reporting to our Executive Chef and working alongside a team from various areas of the world, the successful applicant will need to be patient, understanding and have the ability to teach and provide direction. Maintaining Food Cost and tight wage controls as well as reducing wastage are paramount to the role.
