What You'll Do:
* Lead the delivery of our high-quality Kindergarten program
* Plan and implement engaging, play-based educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
* Observe, assess, and document each child's learning and development
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
* Champion inclusive practices that celebrate cultural diversity and individual needs
* Collaborate with the wider team to create a safe, respectful, and inspiring learning environment
What You'll Need:
* Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* SA Teacher registration
* Current Working With Children Check
* First Aid certificate including asthma & anaphylaxis training
* Proven understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant frameworks
* Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
* A genuine passion for early learning and a collaborative approach
Desirable Skills:
* Experience leading or teaching in early childhood settings
* Familiarity with Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
* Confidence using technology and documentation tools
* Commitment to ongoing professional growth and innovation
