Pega Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled system administrator to join our team as a Pega Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support to business units utilising the Pega Enterprise Platform. This includes ensuring that applications are kept up to date with hotfixes and enhancements deployed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance and security logs for optimal system operation
- Manage user access and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in Pega System Administration
- Competent in managing and maintaining Pega Cloud Environments
