**The Opportunity**
We have an opportunity for an energetic and hardworking Account Manager within our Dulux Powder Coatings Sales Team. Working in a small close-knit team, you'll be assigned an existing customer base across Melbourne to develop and make your own.
As the successful Account Manager, you will:
- Service, maintain and grow the existing diverse Dulux Powder Coatings customer base including; Architectural Aluminium Coaters, Industrial Trade Coaters and OEMs.
- Understand the environment for our customers' businesses including; their operations, spray line, ovens, staff, type of product coated and business drivers, and use this information to identify and create sales opportunities.
- Plan for the days ahead, booking sales meetings and diligently developing individual gap plans for key growth potential customers.
- Add value to the customers business by selling the benefits of the Dulux Powder Coatings offer.

The Dulux Powder Coatings Sales Teams are passionate about being consumer driven and customer focused. We ask, listen, learn and act to help our customers win. As a high performing, experienced Account Manager you will be able to articulate and demonstrate how your authentic sales style and ability to close has led to your success so far.
To be successful in this role you will also demonstrate:
- Developed account management experience within the industrial market
- Strong interpersonal skills - harnessing established customer relationships and creating new ones through your professionalism
- Ability to plan ahead, with strong sales processes and stock forecasting ability
- Knowledge of powder or industrial coatings is highly desirable
