We’re looking for a capable and proactive Construction Administrator to support our supervisors and help keep our project and compliance systems running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a hands-on office-based role supporting live construction projects. You will play a key part in ensuring documentation, registers and compliance requirements are maintained accurately and submitted on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and maintaining project job packs
* Uploading documentation to client portals
* Maintaining compliance registers and trackers
* Supporting construction supervisors with documentation requirements
* Data entry and document control
* Processing audits to ensure required paperwork has been submitted
* Monitoring and following up outstanding documents
* Coordinating Test & Tag schedules
* Completing First Aid audits
* Managing Fire Extinguisher checks and maintaining registers
* Assisting with ISO and compliance systems
* General administrative and adhoc office duties
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has strong attention to detail
* Is proactive and well organised
* Can manage their workload independently
* Has good intuition and problem-solving ability
* Is confident communicating with supervisors and clients
* Has experience in construction administration (highly regarded)
* Has exposure to ISO systems and compliance processes (an advantage)
This is an office-based position where being present and part of the team is important.
