About The Role
Our client is seeking a passionate and commercially driven Store Manager to lead their Charlestown location. This is a fast-paced leadership role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving strong commercial results.
You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a love for fashion and culture, and a commitment to developing your people while growing the business.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
* Drive sales performance and deliver on financial and customer service KPIs
* Create a customer-focused culture and engaging in-store experience
* Manage rosters, wage budgets and store operations effectively
* Oversee visual merchandising to ensure collections are presented cohesively and on-brand
* Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
* Communicate and collaborate closely with head office
* Ensure operational excellence across stock management and store standards
About you
* Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within fashion retail or a similar fast-paced environment
* Proven track record of achieving sales and service KPIs
* Strong leadership capability with a passion for team development
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Creative visual merchandising experience
* Customer-obsessed with a natural enthusiasm for service
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy retail environment
