We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Membership Consultant. In this role, you will play a key part in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into memberships, as well as promoting our culture and services to retain current members.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be challenged to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Membership Sales: Generate leads and convert them into memberships by promoting our culture and services.
* Customer Service: Build strong relationships with our members and provide excellent customer service.
* Marketing Efforts: Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement to promote our club and services.
* Flexibility: Work 20–25 hours per week and have the flexibility to potentially work across two locations.

* Sales Experience: Passion for sales, achieving goals, and thriving in a competitive environment.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to engage and welcome new people.
