We are looking for a highly efficient, confident office all-rounder to job-share on a part time basis. As 50% of our front of house team you'll be required to be a top-tier communicator to ensure the workload is maintained between the team.
Ideally you'll be available to work Monday and Tuesday, 9am - 4pm on a part-time contract basis, however for the right candidate this can be negotiated.

Although we are fast becoming a big business, we will always keep our small business mindset and are looking for a switched on, eager individual with these same values to help us maintain our client's expectations whilst one half of our front of house team welcomes her new baby.
We are fortunate as a company to work throughout the full scope of the HVAC industry. Although our primary focus is proactive/reactive maintenance and repairs, we have just as many large-scale construction projects, ranging from luxury home builds, through to apartment complexes and commercial tenancy fitouts.
A day in the life
* Make and take phone calls, as well as take and pass on messages for team members
* Manage a high-volume inbox, ensuring a swift SLA on replies is met
* Assess the team's schedule to book service and quote callouts into a streamlined run
* Liaise with technicians, clients and suppliers
* Create and send quotes using our work management platform (training will be provided)
* Compile technician notes and send service reports to clients
* Adhoc administrative tasks as required e.g. data entry, scanning etc.
* Source and order spare parts, and send purchase orders
* Debtor follow up
About you
* Have at least 2 years experience in a similar client-facing role or industry
* Be proficient in Office 365 applications including Outlook
* Be highly efficient and organised, with the ability to work autonomously
* Be a confident, independent individual who can work as part of a team whilst taking ownership of and responsibility for their tasks
* Be a fast learner who is able to pick up processes on the go and create individual micro-processes to facilitate success
* Be goal-oriented, enjoy powering through the day's tasks and getting the job done
* Have fluent English communication skills
* Have an eye for detail and accuracy
* Have the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
* Have a professional phone and email manner
