Day-to-day responsibilities
You are the face of Optus delivering customer service brilliance powered by optimism and curiosity.
Learn all about Optus products and services and share your knowledge in a transparent, easy-to-understand way.
Provide personalised solutions and product expertise – your smile is your secret sales weapon.
Team up with colleagues to create a welcoming haven – together, we learn, grow and create memorable moments that matter for customers.
