Key Responsibilities
* Supervises hourly Team Members in assigned areas to ensure efficient operations.
* Creates and posts weekly schedules for Team Members based on business volume, promoting a timely and organized work environment.
* Maintains the highest standards of professionalism and fosters strong relationships with Team Members.
* Ensures the presentation quality and timeliness of orders to deliver exceptional Guest service.
The primary objective of this role is to oversee staff in assigned areas, while occasionally supporting additional areas or events. This individual must prioritize Guest satisfaction, Team Member development, and morale.
