We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team!Position Overview: Reporting to the Sales Administration Team Lead, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our national grocery and foodservice teams. Your responsibilities will include maintaining promotional calendars, submitting promotions, aligning sales trackers, forecasting, and providing customer support.Key Responsibilities:Promotions: Align sales tracker, maintain promotional calendar, submit promotions, review slotting board.Trade Spend: Review scan data, update accrual reports, ensure correct period accruals.Forecast/Inventory: Attend demand reviews, liaise on volume changes, assist with supply issues.Product Maintenance: Collaborate on customer submissions, maintain product database, handle new line submissions.Customer Support: Main contact for Category Assistants, assist with documentation and certification.Pricing: Maintain pricing, monitor blocked orders, review price variances, assist with price increases, prepare internal forms.Business Relationships: Build strong relationships, collaborate on process improvements.Skills, Knowledge & Experience:Qualifications: Relevant industry experience within FMCG environment.Experience in a Sales Support role in FMCG; knowledge of trade spend structures would be well regarded.Intermediate Excel skills and SAP experience would be a bonus.Skills: Organizational, time management, communication, proactive mindset.This is a role where you will benefit from the support of a friendly close-knit team and some great mentoring.
