About the Position
You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, maintaining data accuracy, supporting payroll administration tasks, and working closely with HR and Finance to ensure systems and processes run smoothly.
The role sits within the People and Culture department and offers excellent flexibility, including hybrid working and the option to consider senior part-time arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end payroll processing
* Managing updates, new starters, and general payroll administration
* Supporting HR with system and data maintenance
* Ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
Requirements
Previous payroll experience in a mid-sized environment
Confidence with HRIS or payroll systems (strong preference for ELMO)
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive data
