* St Louis Home Care – Government‑approved and private support at home care provider

* St Louis Allied Health – Covering both Metro and Fly in Fly Out (FIFO) allied health services supporting South Australian communities
We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse – Care Partner to join our supportive team in a full‑time capacity. This is a great opportunity to work in a rewarding role where every day makes a difference to the lives of older people in our community.
Role: Care Partner

As a Care Partner, You Will
* Provide personalised, high‑quality support to clients in their homes.
* Work collaboratively within a close‑knit team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families and colleagues.
* Maintain accurate client notes and documentation using Microsoft systems and internal software.
About You
You are someone who thrives in a team setting but can also work independently with minimal supervision.
You'll Bring
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
* An outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
* The ability to adapt quickly and stay organised in a dynamic work environment.
* A genuine passion for supporting older people to live well at home.

Essential Requirements
* Current driver's licence (minimum P2).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance.
* Diploma of Nursing qualifications or higher.
* Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent.
