Your responsibilities will include conducting essential administrative functions related to the Employer Support team, providing general support and assistance with finance-related matters, and collaborating effectively within a team.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in finance or novated leasing within the financial services sector. You should have a sound understanding of and be comfortable using Excel, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Conducting essential administrative functions related to the Employer Support team, including keying vehicle orders, raising purchase orders, booking deliveries, etc.
* Providing general support and assistance with finance-related matters, such as quotes, leases, payout requests, and end-of-lease processes.
* E nsuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in finance or novated leasing within the financial services sector.
* Sound understanding of and comfortable using Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, multitasking and meeting deadlines with ease.
