Job Title: Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to join our project team as a coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day implementation of the project, engaging with key stakeholders to achieve project goals, and performing administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the coordination of project activities, including daily activity sheets and timesheets.
* Maintain effective filing systems and records.
* Prepare and manage correspondence efficiently.
* Control and maintain stock levels.
* Perform general administration duties for the project team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in administration.
* Experience in the construction industry is desirable.
* Advanced competency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, workload prioritization, organization, and planning skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Driver's License.
* Construction Card (blue or white).
